Peaceman Consulting Inc. specializes in violence prevention. In this program directed at school instructional and administrative staff, we explore the issues surrounding the development of violence in a school environment.  We discuss the difference between affective and predatory violence, dark writings, marginalization of youth, and break down the path of intended violence through threatening communications and contacts, and discuss pre-incident indicators.
